Claudio Cucinotta is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in compliance and corporate governance. Currently serving as Senior Legal Compliance Manager and Senior Legal Counsel at Kering since April 2016, Claudio Cucinotta provides legal support across various sectors, including industrial operations, sustainability, and product compliance. Prior to Kering, Claudio Cucinotta worked at Deloitte from September 2012 to March 2016 as a Legal Manager, specializing in corporate governance, anti-money laundering regulations, and compliance programs. Previous roles include Legal Counsel at Polaris Investment Italia SGR and a Legal Trainee at Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe. Claudio Cucinotta holds a Master in International Affairs from ISPI and a Graduate degree in Law from the University of Messina.
