Giuseppe Boi

Giuseppe Boi currently serves as the Global HR Shared Services Director at Kering, a role commenced in July 2019, responsible for overseeing the Group HR service centers network and leading HRSSC transformation initiatives. Prior to Kering, Giuseppe held the position of Group Chief Financial Officer at Pomellato from 2010 to 2019, where responsibilities included managing finance, controlling, and business intelligence functions. Giuseppe also worked as a Corporate Finance Advisor at Finanza Sociale (2008-2010), focusing on business plans and financial analysis, and served as Private Equity Investment Director at ABN AMRO Bank N.V. (2001-2008), leading investment opportunities and deal negotiations. Early experience includes project management at Anciform, coordinating projects for municipalities. Giuseppe holds a degree in Economics from Sapienza Università di Roma and additional educational credentials from VIS and Università di Pavia.
