Massimiliano Brunazzo is the CEO, EMEA of Bottega Venta at Kering. Brunazzo has over 18 years of experience in the fashion and sports industries.

Brunazzo started their career in 2001 as a Product Line Manager for Mistral Int. In 2005, they became a Product Manager for Oberalp Group Spa before moving to adidas in 2006 as their Global Category Manager BU Men. In 2016, they were promoted to General Manager for Concept to Consumer Sports BUs and Heartbeat Sports.

In 2011, Brunazzo left adidas to become the Managing Director Southern Europe for HUGO BOSS. Massimiliano held this position until 2016 when they joined Kering as the CEO, EMEA for Bottega Venta.

Massimiliano Brunazzo has an Executive Education from Columbia University in the City of New York in Leadership Program, an Executive Education from Harvard University in adidas Executive Development Program, and an Executive Education from London Business School in Developing Strategy for Value Creation.
