Chief of Staff to CEO, Bottega Veneta at Kering

Teejana Beenessreesingh is currently the Chief of Staff to the CEO at Bottega Veneta. Teejana has previously worked as a Senior Strategy Consultant at Bain & Company from June 2019 to January 2021, with a focus on digital transformation, online monetization, retail footprint optimization, value chain analysis, procurement solutions, project management, sustainability implementation and post merger integration. Teejana also spent time at Cartier from June 2018 to May 2019 as the Global Strategy & Marketing lead for Iconic Collections, where they were responsible for the strategy and coordination around the launch of the Clash de Cartier collection, including pricing, story-telling and product development.

Prior to their time in the luxury goods industry, Teejana worked in finance as the Vice President of Portfolio Investments at Sheridan Asset Management from December 2014 to January 2018. Teejana also has experience as an entrepreneur, having founded BeeJooS in December 2011 and running it until December 2014. Teejana began their career as a Senior Associate at Citadel Investment Group in April 2010.

Teejana Beenessreesingh attended the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, where they obtained their Bachelor of Science in Management Science and Economics. Teejana then went on to obtain their MBA from HEC Paris, where they were voted as one of the Top 100 Global MBAs To Watch by Poets & Quants. Teejana also holds certifications from Kering in Kering Luxury Strategy and from the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) in Series 63 & Series 79.
