Ujjal Gupta is an experienced professional with a robust background in customer relationship management (CRM), business intelligence, and solution architecture. Currently serving as Senior Manager for CRM, Business Intelligence, QA, and SAP Master Data at Kering since March 2019, Ujjal has previously held key roles at Konica Minolta Business Solutions U.S.A., Inc. as CRM Solution Lead, and at Avon as Senior Manager, Solution Architecture Lead, focusing on SAP CRM implementations. Ujjal’s earlier experience includes positions at Bentley Systems as Project Lead/Senior SAP Business Analyst and at Ramco Systems Ltd as Senior Product Executive. Ujjal holds an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, and a Bachelor of Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Karnataka.
