Hélène Dusendschön currently serves as DRH at KERMENE since January 2023. Previously, Hélène held the position of Global Human Resources Director at OLMIX from January 2021 to January 2023, focusing on sustainable agricultural solutions. Hélène's experience includes various HR leadership roles in companies such as Euroserum and Bonilait Proteines, where responsibilities encompassed social relations, change management, and team management. Hélène founded Cap Emergence in 2006, specializing in organizational change and leadership training, and has also held positions in talent management and restructuring. Hélène holds an M.B.A. in Economics and Administration from IAE Nantes and an engineering degree in Soil Science and Agronomy.
