Nima Salha is a producer at Kerning Cultures. Prior to joining Kerning Cultures, Nima worked as a video journalist for Raseef22 and as a public relations intern for Karim Foundation. Nima also participated in The Arab Council for the Social Sciences' NewGen Research Fellowship program.

Nima Salha has a technical diploma in professional beauty and artistic makeup from the Lebanese Academy of Beauty, a Lebanese Baccalaureate in Sociology and Economics from Almanar Modern School, and a degree in media journalism and audiovisual communications from the Lebanese University - Faculty of Information. Nima also has certification from the Friedrich Naumann Foundation for Freedom in Freedom Academy 2020, certification from Riyada for Social Innovation in Rethinking Politics Through Social Innovation Summer School 2020, certification from SMEX in Social Media Solutions and Training Workshop, and certification from GC LAU Model United Nations in Position Paper Award.
