Jared Tur, Ph.D. has a diverse work experience in the pharmaceutical and research fields. Jared currently works as the Principal Medical Writer at Keros Therapeutics, where they lead the medical writing team and works closely with regulatory teams to develop submission-ready clinical and nonclinical regulatory documents. Their responsibilities include writing, reviewing, and quality checking protocols, clinical study reports, investigator brochures, and other regulatory documents. Jared also analyzes complex nonclinical data to independently author nonclinical technical reports and applications.

Prior to their current role, Dr. Tur worked as a Nonclinical Regulatory Writer at INOVIO Pharmaceuticals, Inc., where they prepared and summarized nonclinical reports for regulatory filings and patent filings. Jared also worked as a Senior Scientific Writer at CorDynamics, Inc., where they authored study reports based on in vivo pharmacology and toxicology data.

Dr. Tur has also held positions such as Senior Field Application Scientist at Sphere Fluidics Limited and Postdoctoral Research Fellow at the University of South Florida. In their role as a Postdoctoral Research Fellow, they investigated redox alterations underlying critical cardiovascular diseases and had notable accomplishments, including a publication selected for an editorial focus write-up.

Jared Tur, Ph.D. completed their education at the University of South Florida. From 2006 to 2011, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Anthropology and Biomedical Science, graduating Magna Cum Laude. Following this, they pursued higher education in Molecular Medicine. Jared obtained a Master's degree and a Ph.D. in Medical Sciences in Molecular Medicine from 2011 to 2016. In 2013, they also obtained a certification in Good Clinical Practice, IRB Members, Biomedical Investigators, and Key Personnel from the Collaborative Institutional Training Initiative (CITI).
