Sr. Director, Clinical Operations at Keros Therapeutics

Jay Russak, MBA, has a diverse work experience in the field of clinical operations and development. Jay is currently serving as the Sr. Director of Clinical Operations at Keros Therapeutics since May 2022. Jay Russak, MBA obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from Worcester Polytechnic Institute, completing the program from 2014 to 2019. Prior to that, they earned a Master of Arts degree in Medical Sciences from Boston University School of Medicine, specializing in that field from 2005 to 2008. Jay's undergraduate education includes a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Northeastern University, which they pursued from 2001 to 2005.

In addition to their formal education, Jay has obtained additional certifications. In January 2015, they achieved a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification. Recently, in December 2021, they obtained a certification in GCP for Clinical Trials with Investigational Drugs and Biologics (ICH Focus) from the CITI Program.
