Colleen O'Toole

Colleen O'Toole is an Associate and Senior Project Manager specializing in Indigenous Business Development at Kerr Wood Leidal Associates Ltd. since May 2008, after earning a Bachelor of Engineering in Environmental Engineering from the University of Guelph.
