Arjen Baltje has over 30 years of work experience. Arjen began their career at Slavenburger & Huyser BV as an intern in 1992. Arjen then worked as an Account Manager at Berthom Security & Services from 1996 to 2000. In 2000, they joined Unit4 as a Partner Manager and later transitioned into the role of Senior Partner Manager, responsible for communication, sales, and customer support. In 2008, they became a Senior Partner Manager and Product Specialist for Unit4 Multivers Groothandel. Arjen continued working at Unit4 until 2020 when they joined Kerridge Commercial Systems as a Sales Manager. Currently, they hold the position of Sales Director Benelux at Kerridge Commercial Systems.

Arjen Baltje has a strong educational background with a focus on economics. Arjen began their education in 1987 at CSG Blaise Pascal, where they obtained their V.W.O. degree. Following that, they attended Erasmus University Rotterdam from 1989 to 1992, earning a Prop. degree in Bedrijfseconomie (Business Economics). Arjen then pursued higher education at HEAO Ichthus Hogeschool from 1992 to 1995, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics.

In 1994, Arjen also spent a year at The University of Huddersfield, studying Economics.

Furthermore, Arjen has acquired additional certifications in Learning GDPR from LinkedIn, which they accomplished in April 2022.
