Kerry Logistics Network Limited is an investment holding company principally engaged in provision of logistics business services. Along with subsidiaries, the Company operates its business through three segments. The International Freight Forwarding segment is engaged in the provision of international freight forwarding (IFF) services, including intra-Asia and between Asia and Europe to transport cargo using air freight, ocean freight and cross-border road freight forwarding services. The Logistics Operations segment is engaged in the provision of logistics operations (IL) services, including storage and value-added services, trucking and distribution, returns management and various ancillary services, primarily in Asia. The Hong Kong Warehouse segment is engaged in the leasing of warehousing space in Hong Kong.
