Victor Ng

Victor Ng has extensive work experience in the real estate and property management industry. Victor is currently serving as the Senior Director - Commercial at Kerry Properties Limited since 2022. Prior to this, they held the role of Adjunct Associate Professor at The University of Hong Kong, starting in 2019.

From 2015 to 2022, Victor worked at Hang Lung Properties as the General Manager - HK Business Operation. In this role, they were responsible for the leasing, marketing, property management, and technical aspects of retail, office, and carpark buildings. Victor'sexperience includes managing regional malls, prime street shops, and composite buildings in business and tourist districts.

Before that, they worked at Sino Group from 2009 to 2015 as the Deputy General Manager, leading multiple teams and overseeing various retail and commercial properties in Hong Kong and China. Victor also played a key role in launching new retail projects and implementing strategic lease planning and mall repositioning.

Victor was a part-time lecturer at SPACE, The University of Hong Kong from 2006 to 2009, where they taught courses on shopping center management, marketing, lease administration, and leasing strategies. Victor also supervised student research projects related to shopping center management.

Earlier in their career, Victor worked at Wharf Estates Limited as the Center Manager for Times Square, overseeing the property management of a large shopping center and office buildings in Causeway Bay. Victor also served as an Assistant Portfolio Manager at Swire Properties Limited from 2000 to 2008.

Victor Ng has a Bachelor of Science degree in Surveying from The University of Hong Kong, which they obtained from 1997 to 2000. Victor also holds a Master of Science degree in Marketing from The Chinese University of Hong Kong, earned from 2003 to 2005. In addition, they have various certifications including a Squared Online Certificate in Digital Marketing from Avado in 2022, a Licence - Pass with Commendation from Estate Agency Authority in 2017, a Certificate of Swire Executive Management Programme from INSEAD in 2007, and membership in the Institute of Shopping Center Management, The Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors, and RICS, all obtained in 2003.
