Amy Born

Amy Born serves as an Employee Experience and Leadership Consultant since January 2024 and holds board member positions at Keshet and the Jewish Studio Project. Previously, Amy was the Chief Strategy Officer at Leading Edge HQ and worked as an External Leadership Consultant for various organizations, including Korn Ferry Hay Group and the Foundation for Jewish Camp. Experience also includes a Director of Talent Development and Acquisition role at City Year and consulting positions at Hay Group and Hillel. Amy's educational background includes a Master's in Social and Organizational Psychology from Columbia University and a Bachelor's in Anthropology from Washington University in St. Louis.
