Debbie Schulte, SIOR, is a Principal and Commercial Office Broker at Kessinger Hunter, with over 25 years of experience in the Commercial Real Estate industry, having participated in more than 2,000 brokerage transactions totaling over $325 million in sales volume. A committed member of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors since 2001, Debbie has served in various leadership roles within the Western Missouri/Kansas Chapter, including Secretary, Treasurer, Vice President, and President from 2014 to 2018. Prior to Kessinger Hunter, Debbie began a career in office leasing as an Office Leasing Agent at Hadley McHugh. Debbie holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Business/Marketing from the University of Missouri-Kansas City.
