Joe Tonnos

Joe Tonnos has extensive experience in the business world. Joe began their career in 2017 as Co-Founder at Ketch Ventures and Vice President and Principal at Mistral Equity Partners. In 2019, they joined the Board of Advisors at Niagara University and Advisory Board Member and Investor at Løs Sundays Tequila and B'more Organic. In 2020, they became an Advisory Board Member and Investor at Aether Diamonds. In 2021, they were appointed Principal and Associate Portfolio Manager at Meteora Capital and Associate Portfolio Manager at Glazer Capital, LLC. In 2022, they became Chief Financial Officer at GSR II Meteora Acquisition Corp. and Senior Vice President and Board Observer at Haymaker Acquisition Corp.

Joe Tonnos obtained their Masters of Business Administration in Finance from Niagara University in 2010 and their Bachelor of Science in Finance from Niagara University in 2009. Joe also holds certifications from the Canadian Securities Institute (CSI) including the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and Conduct and Practices Handbook (CPH), as well as Series 63 - Uniform Securities Law and Series 79 - Limited Representative, Investment Banking from the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA).
