Kristy Degering

Kristy DeGering has a wealth of experience in various roles related to agriculture and recruitment. Currently, Kristy is a Contributing Photographer at Real Ag Stock, where Kristy contributes to the collection of agriculture stock photos. Kristy also works as a Recruiter at Ketel Thorstenson, LLP, overseeing recruitment processes and employee onboarding. In addition, Kristy assists with the family business, DeGering Livestock Inc., as a Ranch Hand, and hosts the Ranch House Radio podcast. Kristy has a background in recruitment coordination at the University of Wyoming and has interned at the National Western Stock Show. With a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Business and Agricultural Communications, Kristy brings a strong academic foundation to their professional endeavors.
