April Dupree

April Dupree has a strong background in customer success and marketing. April currently works as the Manager of Customer Success at KETIV Technologies, Inc. since June 2021, where they are responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and retention. Prior to that, April worked at ECAD, Inc. for over 14 years. Their roles at ECAD included Customer Success & Marketing Manager from October 2020 to June 2021, where they focused on managing customer relationships and marketing efforts. Before that, they were a Marketing Coordinator from February 2007 to October 2020, where they played a key role in promoting and supporting CAD software products.

April Dupree attended Howard Payne University and studied Graphic Design. April obtained a certification in Cybersecurity at Work from LinkedIn in April 2020.
