Gianni Arrington

Gianni Arrington serves as the Head of People + Culture at Ketone-IQ since December 2023, following a role as People + Culture Manager at Perfect Snacks from July 2022 to December 2023. Prior experience includes positions at Esalen Institute as a Human Resources Generalist and Coordinator, and at YMCA of the East Valley as Interim Health and Wellness Director and Staff Recruiter/HR Coordinator. Gianni also worked as an Independent Consultant for Rocky Mountain Innovation Lab, held managerial roles at the University of Redlands, and served as an AVID Tutor at Yucaipa High School. Educational qualifications include a BA in Holistic Community Health, Business, and Psychology from the University of Redlands and certification as an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition.
