Akhilesh Gautam

Akhilesh Gautam is an accomplished professional in the food industry with extensive experience in research and development. Currently serving as the Director of Research Development at Siete Family Foods since May 2023, Akhilesh previously founded and led Avighna M&C, LLC as CEO. A significant tenure at Frito Lay spanned over 17 years, during which Akhilesh held roles as R&D Senior Manager and R&D Manager. Additionally, Akhilesh worked as a Principal Scientist at Slim Fast, part of Unilever, and held the position of Director of Technical Services at The Wright Group - Food & Beverage Solutions, alongside starting as a Process Engineer. Academic achievements include a PhD in Food Engineering from the University of Alaska Fairbanks and a B.Tech in Agricultural Engineering from the College of Technology, G.B.P.U.A&T, Pantnagar.
