Oleg Puleyev

Oleg Puleyev currently serves as the Sr. Director and Head of Global Packaging Procurement at Keurig Dr Pepper Inc., overseeing a $1.35 billion spend across various categories. Previously, Oleg held multiple roles at The Kraft Heinz Company, including Head of Packaging Procurement and Associate Director for Global Packaging Sustainability and Supplier Innovation, where significant strategic procurement transformations were implemented. Oleg's experience extends to Danone Nutricia Advanced Medical Nutrition as Global Category Purchasing Manager, MARS Food as Head of Packaging Procurement, and Procter & Gamble in various procurement roles. Oleg holds an MBA from London Business School and degrees in International Economics and Economics and Entrepreneurship from Donetsk National Technical University.
