Shaun Hendricks

Shaun Hendricks currently serves as Director of Enterprise Architecture - Cloud Platforms at Keurig Dr Pepper Inc., where responsibilities include developing cloud architecture strategies, implementing scalable solutions, and managing vendor relationships. Shaun previously held roles such as Global Director of Cloud Services at Alcon, overseeing cloud infrastructure in the medical field, and Global Marketing Director of Technology at Novartis, leading the separation of digital platforms. Additional experience includes positions at SiriusXM, Santander, Epsilon, Texas Health Resources, Technisource, and the US Navy, where Shaun developed expertise in systems engineering, project management, and cloud technologies. Shaun holds a degree in Computer Science from the University of North Texas, along with several certifications including Project Management Professional and ITIL Foundation.
