Melanie Wyndowe

Melanie Wyndowe's work experience includes a role as an Executive Talent Partner at KEV Group since February 2023. Melanie held the positions of Senior Recruitment Manager for IT & Supply Chain and Recruitment Lead at Loblaw Companies Limited from April 2010 to August 2011, and from December 2008 to April 2010, respectively. Before that, they worked as a Senior Recruiter (Contract) at Siemens Canada from October 2007 to August 2008.

Melanie Wyndowe began their education journey in 1990 when they attended Wilfrid Laurier University. Melanie studied there for four years until 1994, earning their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a focus on Co-op. After gaining valuable knowledge and skills from their undergraduate program, Melanie pursued further education at the University of Toronto from 2001 to 2004. During this period, they specialized in Industrial Relations & Human Resources and obtained a Master of Industrial Relations (MIR) degree. This educational background equipped Melanie with a strong foundation in both business administration and the dynamics of labor relations and human resources.
