Heather Conroy-Cappa

Heather Conroy-Cappa has a diverse work experience in the field of Human Resources. Heather started their career at Atlantic Broadband in February 2020, where they worked as a Human Resources Assistant until January 2022. Following that, they joined Breezeline as an HR Assistant and Talent Coordinator in February 2020, and they continued in that role until January 2023. In January 2023, they joined Portsmouth Chevrolet Olds as a Human Resources Coordinator. Currently, they are working at Key Auto Group as a Human Resources Payroll professional starting in 2023.

Heather Conroy-Cappa has studied Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General at Southern New Hampshire University. Apart from their degree, they have also obtained several certifications from LinkedIn in various areas such as being an effective team member, discovering stress personality, HR guidelines, HR recruiting communication strategies, building self-confidence, human resources foundations, payroll, overcoming overthinking, and effective communication. All these certifications were obtained in December 2022.
