Shawna Kirk

Shawna Kirk, MSOL, is an experienced Human Resources professional currently serving as a Senior HR Business Partner at Key Energy Services since January 2020, following a tenure as Human Resources Manager. Prior to this role, Shawna was the Regional Human Resources Manager at NexTier Oilfield Solutions for a brief period, following the merger with C&J Energy Services, where Shawna held the position of Regional HR Manager for the Rockies and Bakken region from December 2014 to November 2019. Earlier career experience includes working as an HR Generalist at Altitude Analysis and various roles that involve management and training certifications in third-party administration. Shawna holds a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership from Columbia Southern University and a Bachelor of Science in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from Minot State University, complemented by an Associate of Arts in Business Administration from Williston State College.
