Turner Phipps is the VP of the Permian Basin Marketplace at Key Energy Services. Turner has over 10 years of experience in the energy industry, with a focus on business strategy and profitability.

Turner began their career as an intern in private wealth management at UBS Financial Services. Turner then spent three years as an analyst at Western National Bank before joining Baker Hughes in 2014. At Baker Hughes, they served as a strategic business analyst, identifying and coordinating opportunities and strategies to ensure revenue and profitability targets were achieved. Turner also led quarterly business reviews for all product lines, created reports identifying strategic opportunities, and conducted vendor negotiations for product and service cost reductions across all product lines in the Permian Basin.

In October 2015, Turner left Baker Hughes to join Key Energy Services as the VP of the Permian Basin Marketplace. In this role, they are responsible for overseeing all aspects of Key Energy Services’ operations in the Permian Basin, including sales, marketing, customer service, safety, and compliance. Turner has successfully grown Key Energy Services’ market share in the Permian Basin and has helped the company achieve record revenue and profitability in recent years.

Turner Phipps has an MBA in Business Administration from Angelo State University and a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from Baylor University.
