Melissa Young Sing is an accomplished technology and innovation leader with extensive experience in digital product management and data operations. Currently serving as Vice President Technology and Innovation at Key Media since April 2014, Melissa oversees enterprise-wide process and technology initiatives while also managing digital product strategy and audience engagement. Prior roles include Vice President of Data and Digital, Head of Data Operations, and Digital Project Manager at Key Media, as well as Product Manager at insurr Canada. Melissa has also contributed to market assessment projects for the University of Waterloo and has experience in macro-level market research within the medical device sector. Educational qualifications include a Master of Business Entrepreneurship and Technology from the University of Waterloo and a Bachelor of Science Honors in Life Sciences from Queen's University.
