Cynthia Overby

Cynthia Overby is the Co-Founder and President of Key Resources, Inc. Cynthia has over 25 years of experience in the IT industry and has held various leadership positions throughout their career.

Cynthia started their career in 1978 as a Security Officer at Continental Bank. Cynthia then spent seven years at Computer Associates as a Development Manager before joining Hewitt Associates as Director of Network Services. Cynthia spent twelve years at Baxter, eventually becoming Vice President of IT Strategies & Network Solutions. In 2001, they joined ProHealth Care as Director Network Services & Security Solutions and served in that role for eight years until they co-founded Key Resources, Inc. in 2009.

Cynthia Overby has a certification from ASIS International and is an ASIS member.
