Ray Overby

Ray Overby is the Co-Founder and CTO at Key Resources, Inc. Ray has over 30 years of experience in software development. Prior to Key Resources, Ray worked as a Senior Software Developer at SKK, Inc. from May 1981 to October 1988. While at SKK, they were the lead developer on ACF2 distributed database support and was responsible for developing interfaces to multiple program products. Ray also supported the main task intercepts SVC A and SVC S.

Ray Overby has a Master of Computer Applications (M.C.A.) from Northern Illinois University and a BS from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale, both in Computer Science.

Ray Overby works with and Lou Losee - Director, Security Services & Compliance Officer. Their manager is Cynthia Overby, Co-Founder & President.
