Carrie Bakker

Carrie Bakker has worked in various roles in the retail and medical industries. From 2007 to 2015, they were employed at Target as a Lead Process Analyst and Executive Team Leader. In their role as Lead Process Analyst, they developed and executed operational audits for Target Store Logistics, Safety, Environmentally Sensible Item Handling, and Property Management processes. As Executive Team Leader, they managed Logistics, Human Resources, and Sales Floor departments. In 2017, they joined Key Surgical as Director of Operations, where they lead the receiving, manufacturing, and distribution teams.

Carrie Bakker obtained their Masters of Science in Industrial Organizational Psychology from St. Cloud State University in 2008, after having received their Bachelor's of Science in Psychology from the same university in 2005.
