Eric Schneider

Eric is a Partner and Senior Mechanical Engineer at Key Tech. Over the years he has served as the primary designer and design lead for many products, including high volume automated sample preparation systems, handheld point of care diagnostic instruments, automated smart drug injectors, and complex electromechanical subsystems for interfacing microfluidic cartridges to devices in several diagnostic instruments. Eric also serves as a “tech guru” at Key Tech, mentoring younger engineers and helping solve tough technical problems. Eric is a graduate of UMBC and past chair of the ASME Baltimore section.
