Richard J. Hipple

Richard J. Hipple is currently a Board Member at KeyCorp and was previously with KeyBank. Mr. Hipple has also been with Ferro Corporation from January 2007 to December 2018, where they held the positions of Board of Directors, Compensation Committee Chair, Governance Committee, and Lead Director. Additionally, they were with Materion Corporation from January 2001 to December 2017 as the Executive Chairman and with Luxfer Holdings. Mr. Hipple's longest tenure was with LTV Corporation from January 1994 to December 2001, where they served as President of LTV Steel Company.

Richard J. Hipple has a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from Drexel University. Richard has also completed MBA and Management Development coursework at the University of Pittsburgh, CWRU, University of Chicago and Northwestern University.
