Jaclyn Sullivan

Jaclyn Sullivan is an experienced instructional design professional currently serving as the Instructional Design Process Manager at Keypath Education since April 2017, where responsibilities include managing course development for high-profile education programs and coordinating with senior leadership and subject matter experts. Prior to this role, Jaclyn worked as an Instructional Designer at Pearson, providing consultations for developing graduate-level courses targeted at real-world skills across several universities, and also held a position as Course Director of English Composition at Full Sail University, where a multimodal approach led to significant improvements in student retention. Early career experiences include teaching at Orange County Public Schools and serving as Support Center Manager at Ticketmaster.
