Julie C. has a strong background in human resources, with experience in various leadership roles. Julie is currently the Vice President of People (Americas & Europe) at Keypath Education. Prior to that, they worked at Spectrum Reach as the Senior Director of Human Resources, where they focused on strategic HR business partnering and creating a diverse and inclusive employee experience. Julie also held the position of HR Director at Branding Iron Holdings, where they led the HR function and drove positive cultural change. Julie has experience in talent management, diversity, and performance management as the Director of Talent Management & Diversity at DuPont Nutrition & Health. Additionally, they served as the HR Business Partner at Premcor Refining and as the HR Manager at Nestlé Purina North America.

Julie C. holds a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Human Resource Development from Webster University. Julie also has a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Education Training & Development from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale. In addition to their degrees, Julie has obtained several certifications including a Diversity and Inclusion Certification from Cornell University in 2021, an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) certification from the International Coach Federation in 2020, and a Green Belt certification from DuPont in 2004.
