Ligia C Popescu

Ligia C Popescu, MBA has extensive experience in marketing and management roles. Ligia C currently works at Keypath Education as the Associate Director of Marketing, where they are responsible for leading various digital marketing campaigns and launching new online degree programs. Prior to that, Ligia worked at Pearson Online Learning Services as a Marketing Manager, overseeing online lead-generation and supporting enrollment efforts. Ligia C has also held positions at Giordano Dance Chicago, Columbia College Chicago, Apple Tree Theatre, Chicago Scenic Studios, and North Suburban Library System, gaining experience in marketing, public relations, and event coordination. Ligia's expertise lies in developing and implementing integrated marketing strategies, managing budgets, and enhancing audience engagement.

Ligia C Popescu, MBA obtained their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Marketing from Saint Xavier University from 2010 to 2012. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Theatre Arts from Northern Illinois University, spanning from 1993 to 1996. In 1992, Ligia pursued General Studies at the College of DuPage. Additionally, they have acquired several certifications, including the Inbound Marketing Methodology Certification from HubSpot Academy in November 2014 and the Google Ad Search Certification from Google in January 2022. Ligia also participated in various workshops and programs, such as the Unconscious Bias certification from LinkedIn in 2022 and the Undoing Racism® Community Organizing Workshop conducted by The People's Institute for Survival and Beyond in 2013. Ligia C was also a member of the Delta Mu Delta honor society at Saint Xavier University in 2012 and completed the Keypath Global Future Leaders program from SkillsCamp in 2021.
