Natalie Young has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Natalie currently holds the role of SVP, Marketing & Business Insights at Keypath Education, a position they have held since May 2022. Prior to this, they were the SVP, Business Insights and Student Experience at the same company from June 2021 to May 2022. Natalie also worked as a Member at Chief starting from December 2022. From 2019 to 2021, they served as the Vice President, Business Insights at Zovio (formerly Bridgepoint Education). Before Zovio, Natalie was the Chief Data Scientist at Nuro Retention from February 2017 to March 2019. Their earlier experiences include roles at AT&T as Sr. Director, Consumer Marketing from November 2015 to December 2016, and at DIRECTV as Sr. Director, Consumer Research | Marketing Science from July 2013 to November 2015. Natalie also worked at Career Education Corporation as the VP of Research and Analytics from May 2005 to July 2013. Natalie started their career as a Research Analyst at Fingerhut from June 1999 to November 2000.
Natalie Young obtained a Bachelor's degree in Marketing with a focus on Statistics and Business Administration from Winona State University in 1999. Natalie later earned a Master's degree in Integrated Marketing Communications from Northwestern University between the years 2003 and 2005.
