James Richardson

James Richardson has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. James started their career as a Financial Planner at Waddell & Reed in 1999. In 2001, they joined USIS and worked as an Investigator before progressing to the role of Team Leader and later becoming a Work Load Leader. In 2014, James joined KeyPoint Government Solutions as a Field Manager and then transitioned to the role of Regional Contract Liaison Director. James continued this role when they moved to Peraton in 2018 and currently oversees over 450 small businesses along the eastern seaboard as the Regional Contractor Liaison Director. James focuses on government requirements, logistical challenges, forecasting, and regional operational profitability, while also seeking opportunities for business growth.

James Richardson earned a Bachelor's Degree in Finance, General from the University of West Florida, where they studied from 1995 to 1997.
