Carolina Mesquita

Carolina Mesquita is a seasoned recruitment professional with extensive experience in global talent acquisition and workforce planning. Currently serving as the Global Recruitment Manager at Keyrus since August 2022, Carolina oversees the recruitment process for international roles and collaborates with senior leadership to align recruitment strategies with business objectives. Prior to Keyrus, Carolina held the position of Recruitment Team Leader at Devoteam, where leadership and team performance management were key responsibilities. Carolina’s recruitment career also includes roles at Adecco as an HR Consultant for permanent placement and as a recruiter for temporary positions. Earlier experience includes serving as a Clinical Psychologist in the Portuguese Navy, where Carolina conducted psychological assessments and provided therapeutic interventions. Carolina holds a Licentiate Degree in Clinical Psychology from the University of Évora and additional qualifications in family therapy.
