Rhonda Blacklock

Rhonda Blacklock is currently employed as a Training and DOT Specialist - Safety & Risk at Keystone Cooperative. Rhonda is responsible for CDL driver credentials, training records, and random drug/alcohol screens. With a background in music, Rhonda also serves as the Music Director at Christ Lutheran Church and an Instructor at their Blacklock Piano Studio. Rhonda has a long history in music education and leadership, having held positions such as Assistant Director at Purdue Musical Organizations and Minister of Worship and Fine Arts at Grace United Methodist Church. Rhonda is known for their expertise in handbells and has served in various leadership roles in music-related organizations.
