Jessica Allen, P.E. is an experienced civil engineer with a comprehensive background in stormwater management and land development. Currently serving as a Civil Project Manager at Keystone Custom Homes since July 2021, Jessica has held key positions including Professional Engineer at GHI Engineers & Surveyors and Senior Civil Engineer at Navarro & Wright Consulting Engineers, Inc. Jessica's expertise encompasses design, permitting, cost estimating, bidding services, and construction inspection across various projects in Pennsylvania, Maryland, and Delaware. Previous roles include establishing an engineering division at 1st Impression Stormwater and Excavating and serving as a Project Designer at RGS Associates, among others. Jessica holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Lehigh University and has participated in specialized education at the Sea Education Association.
