Marilyn A. Clark

Marilyn is a coach, consultant, speaker, and author working with mid-to-senior-level business professionals across multiple industries. She brings over 20 years' experience as an HR executive with expertise in solutions for human capital management and planning, and the leadership development of people, systems, and metrics.

As a key advisor to C-level executives and their teams, Marilyn's coaching focuses on leaders learning to improve existing capability, set meaningful goals, and be accountable for their results. Some areas of focus she coaches individuals and teams on include the leadership pipeline, executive Boards, and emotional intelligence.

Marilyn has served as a proactive business partner to leaders in Fortune 100 companies, government, academia, and non-profit entities across the United States. Her client roster includes industry leaders in financial services, manufacturing, higher education, technology, and professional services.

Marilyn is an Associate Certified Coach by ICF and holds certifications from the National Minority Supplier Development Council (NMSDC) and the Women’s Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC). She holds an MA in HR Development and an EdD in OD/Educational Leadership from Northeastern Illinois University.
