Matt Pawlak

Matt Pawlak is the Director of Consultant Relations at Sands Capital Management. Matt has over 18 years of experience in the financial industry, including previous positions as Vice President of Consultant Relations at Dimensional Fund Advisors and Senior Consultant at Hewitt EnnisKnupp. Matt Pawlak began their career as an Investment Analyst at Ennis Knupp & Associates before moving into sales with Tyco International. In their current role, Matt is responsible for managing relationships with the firm's consultant partners and providing them with the resources and support they need to be successful.
