Akruti Pande

Akruti Pande has a diverse work experience spanning over different industries. Akruti started their career as a Bank Teller at Harleysville Bank, where they worked from June 2016 to October 2019. Akruti then joined Mutual of America Financial Group as a Senior Correspondent, where they built and maintained client relationships and coordinated plan support services. After that, they worked at PeopleShare as a Licensing Recruiter from February 2021 to September 2021. Currently, they are employed at Keystone Technologies, first as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator from September 2021 to July 2022, and then as a Human Resource Associate from July 2022 (ongoing). At Keystone Technologies, Akruti has been involved in various HR activities, including providing administrative support, assisting with onboarding logistics, sourcing and screening candidates, updating job descriptions, and organizing candidate data. Akruti has also participated in recruiting events and supported HR projects.

Akruti Pande pursued their education at Montgomery County Community College from 2014 to 2016, where they obtained an Associate of Arts and Sciences (A.A.S.) degree in Business Administration and Management, General. Later, they attended DeVry University from 2017 to 2019 and completed their Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General.
