Alexis Diaz

Alexis Diaz is currently the Vice President and Corporate Counsel at Keystone. Prior to this, they served as the Vice President and Deputy General Counsel at REX from September 2020 to June 2021. Alexis has also held positions at Innovation Bay, Omni Bioceutical Innovations, and Hillstar Advisory. At Hillstar, they served as a Principal from January 2019 to September 2020. Her previous position was at Jordan Park Group, where they were the Senior Vice President and Chief Legal Officer from January 2017 to December 2018.

Alexis Diaz has a JD from Stanford Law School, an MA from the University of Chicago, and a BA from Santa Clara University. Alexis also has a degree from University of Oxford.

They are on a team with Henry Liu - Partner, Shelby Kuhn - Consultant II, and Nicholas Goutermout - Software Engineer II. Alexis Diaz reports to Greg Richards, CEO & Co-Founder.
