Alexis Diaz

Alexis Diaz is currently the VP and General Counsel at Keystone Strategy, overseeing all corporate legal matters. In addition, Alexis serves as a Member of the Board of Directors at Omni Bioceutical Innovations and as a Principal at Hillstar Advisory. Alexis also provides advisory services to organizations like Innovation Bay, Landit, and has previously held positions at Jordan Park Group and G100 Companies. With a JD from Stanford Law School, an MA from the University of Chicago, a BA from Santa Clara University, and studies at the University of Oxford, Alexis brings a wealth of legal and strategic expertise to various organizations.
