Lauren Kelly

Lauren Kelly is an accomplished professional in compensation management, currently serving as the Director of Compensation at Keystone Strategy since August 2022. Prior to this role, Lauren held positions as a Senior Compensation Analyst at Compass and an Analyst in Compensation & Analytics at Neuberger Berman. Lauren began their career at Segal, where responsibilities included serving as an Associate and an Intern. Lauren holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Labor Relations from Cornell University.
