James Stout

James Stout is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in technical support and systems administration. Currently serving as a Computer Support Technician at Keytronic since October 2023, James leads the identification and implementation of IT solutions and manages workstation migrations. Previously, James held positions at DXC Technology as a Sr. Field Tech/Systems Administrator, where responsibilities included system installation, maintenance, and providing hardware troubleshooting support. Experience also encompasses roles at CSC, CompuCom, and other organizations, focusing on user migration, hardware repairs, and support for diverse client needs. James holds a Bachelor of Science in Web Design and Multimedia from DeVry University and is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Cybersecurity from Southern New Hampshire University. James has foundational education in Digital Communication and Media/Multimedia from ITT Technical Institute.
