Kenneth Teng WD has extensive work experience in the manufacturing industry.

KennethTeng started their career in 2002 at SOLECTRON MALAYSIA SDN BHD as a Process Engineering Manager, where they led a team of engineers and managed key engineering indicators to achieve yield targets and quality standards.

In 2006, they joined Jabil Circuit Sdn Bhd as a Regional Engineering Manager, responsible for leading and managing all new product introduction (NPI) activities across various sites in Asia. KennethTeng later became the Development Engineering Manager, leading NPI activities for a specific site.

In 2012, Kenneth joined Unigen Corporation as the Director of Plant Operations, where they reported to the VP of Manufacturing and was responsible for managing the site's KPIs, capabilities, and certification, ensuring customer requirements were met.

KennethTeng then worked at VNPT Technology as the Manufacturing Development Director, supporting production management by implementing manufacturing techniques and strategies to meet quality, cost, and schedule objectives.

From 2016 to 2019, Kenneth served as the Director of Manufacturing at Sierra Wireless, providing leadership in managing contract manufacturing and ODM partners. KennethTeng also managed the company's staff in Vietnam, including planning, supply chain, and logistics.

Most recently, Kenneth worked at Keytronic as the Vice President of Vietnam Operations, where they set the strategic vision for the Vietnam operations, focusing on cost, quality, delivery, and safety metrics.

Throughout their career, Kenneth has demonstrated expertise in manufacturing operations, NPI, process engineering, and strategic management.

Kenneth Teng WD attended Singapore Polytechnic from 1984 to 1987, where they earned an Associate's degree in Electrical Engineering. Their specialization was in Power Electronics, as a major within the field of study. Additionally, during the same period, they also obtained another Associate's degree from Singapore Polytechnic in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, without further information regarding their specialization in this degree.
