Charlie Bentivenga

Charlie Bentivenga has extensive work experience in recruiting and staffing roles. Charlie is currently the Head of Recruiting at Keyway, a Series A stage PropTech company focused on revolutionizing commercial real estate transactions using AI technology. Prior to this, Charlie worked at Compass, where they held various roles such as Senior Manager of Recruiting, Recruiting Manager, Team Lead in Technical Recruiting and Recruiting for Revenue teams. Charlie played a key role in scaling the Strategic Growth department and building the employer brand. Before that, Charlie worked as a Recruiter at LivePerson and as an Executive Recruiter at Advice Personnel, specializing in Accounting and Financial staffing.

Charlie Bentivenga attended St. John Vianney High School from 2004 to 2008. After graduating from high school, they enrolled at Fordham University from 2008 to 2012. At Fordham, they pursued a double major in History and Economics and earned a Bachelor of Arts degree.
