T.J. Chun

T.J. Chun has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. T.J. is currently the Managing Director of Acquisitions at Keyway, a position they have held since March 2023. Prior to that, they worked as a Principal at Ares Management Corporation from August 2021 to February 2023. From May 2014 to August 2021, T.J. served as the Senior Vice President of Investments and Head of Asset Management at Realty Income Corporation. T.J. also served as a Lead Investor and Advisory Board Member at DealStat REI, Inc. from November 2017 to September 2020. Earlier in their career, T.J. worked as an Investment Banking Summer Associate at Morgan Stanley in 2013, a Research Associate at OppenheimerFunds from 2010 to 2012, and an Associate Director at UBS Investment Bank from 2006 to 2010.

T.J. Chun pursued their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from 2012 to 2014 at Yale University. Prior to their time at Yale, they completed their undergraduate education at Boston College from 2002 to 2006. T.J. earned their bachelor's degree in Management with a focus on Finance and Economics.
