Shannon Hennessy

Shannon serves as the Chief Financial Officer at KFC Global. In her role, she is responsible for leading the global Finance function, ensuring continued growth and profitability of the KFC business. She also oversees our Financial Planning, Supply Chain Management, and Strategy functions.

Prior to joining Yum!, Shannon worked for McKinsey & Company, where she served as Managing Partner of the Dallas office and served clients in the retail for packaged goods, travel, and logistics industries. While there, she led the Dallas office to achieve record high consultant satisfaction scores and championed significant increases in talent diversity. She created McKinsey's Retail Organization service line, which now comprises 15% of the company's retail work.

Shannon joined Yum! in 2020 and spearheads the finance function for KFC globally.
